Primeway Decor Return Policy


  • Items shipped from Primeway Decor can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

  • If you are sending the item from within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover the return of your products.

  • All overseas returns have to be scheduled, insured and paid for by the customer.

  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

  • We're proud of our products. If you don't love them, we're happy to give you a full refund up to 90 days after you receive the product, if they are in the same conditions as received.


Return Fees


  • If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product in good conditions, purchase the shipment label, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. If the product is returned in poor conditions we reserve the right to either partially refund the purchase or, if the product deems unusable, withhold full payment.

  • If you received a product that was damaged in transportation or with manufacturing defects we can either send a new one, or issue a full refund, after the return of the faulty item. In this case, contact us for a seller-issued shipment label.

  • If an item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the return of the product is covered by the customer who has to purchase the shipping label, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship the return with a signature shipping service;


Customizable Products


  • Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

  • Notify the seller within 14 days of receipt.

  • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival, in which case contact us for a seller-issued shipment label.

  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the return policy. If the misspelling or error is due to a design you approved or submitted, the return policy will not be applicable and the item will not be refundable.


Manufacturing Warranty


  • Your Primeway Decor-branded product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility) when used in accordance with Primeway Decor`s user manuals (refer to your product tag). Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Primeway Decor even in situations where you purchased the Primeway Decor Product from a third party. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Primeway Decor, at its option will:

1)  Repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability;

2) Exchange the Product with a new product or one in similar condition;

3)  Refund the original purchase price;

  • This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from direct exposure to sunlight, harsh weathers, abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
